Project Methodology

Whilst every project has its own set of requirements and challenges, there are some basic considerations and milestones that all projects share. We accomplish this by delivering each project in a five stage approach which covers all the important phases of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

Requirement Analysis: Before we start working on your project, we do an in-depth analysis of your requirements. This helps us to suggest the best solution which will suit your current requirements and also which is capabale of scaling to accommodate the future requirements as well.
Design: This is the first phase when a project kicks-off. During this phase, we come up with the designs for the front-end (i.e. web template) as well as a scalable and robust application framework including the database design. A modular approach is followed while designing the architecture or the framework. This is a very critical phase in any project as the whole application is built on this framework.
Development: Once the design is finalized, reviewed and approved then application development actually starts using the appropriate programming languages as per the project requirements. Unit testing, integration testing and system testing are done at different milestones of the project to ensure a bug free delivery. Adherence to various programming and testing standards is strictly followed to ensure the code quality and performance.
Implementation & Support: After the completion of coding and testing, the application is deployed in the actual server environment and it goes live. We also provide application support to keep your application always on the go.
